Write A Letter

When I was growing up, a common line we used to encourage complainers to stop complaining was, "Write a letter." Now comes word that it may actually work! My Dad sent along this link to these tips:
1. Take Notes.
2. Act Fast.
3. Send the Letter to Somebody.
4. Keep it Short and Polite.
5. Ask for Something.
